Returns Policy

We accept returns on unopened products within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Most orders ship within 48 hours from our facility in St. Augustine, Florida. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We primarily ship via USPS Ground, ensuring reliable and cost-effective delivery. Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 2-7 business days after your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. If there is a delay in shipping out the order, it is our standard procedure to contact the customer to explain the reason for the delay and to seek further instruction from the customer. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship in separate packages. You will receive a tracking number for each package.
