Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays). However, please allow up to 7 days for fulfillment during peak times.
  • Most orders ship within 48 hours from our facility in St. Augustine, Florida.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We primarily ship via USPS Ground, ensuring reliable and cost-effective delivery.
  • Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 2-7 business days after your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. If there is a delay in shipping out the order, it is our standard procedure to contact the customer to explain the reason for the delay and to seek further instruction from the customer.
  • If your order includes multiple items, they may ship in separate packages. You will receive a tracking number for each package.

Shipping Locations & PO Boxes

  • At this time, we ship to all 50 states in the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in our products, please contact us at drlindasproducts@gmail.com for assistance.
  • We can ship some items to PO Boxes; however, larger packages may require a physical address. If your order includes an item that cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will contact you before processing.

Delivery & Tracking

  • Most orders shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS do not require a signature upon delivery.
